So how does Mossflower fit into this?

They're the "new world" so to speak. Across the sea to the west of the continent, though they've been there awhile of course. Ladorak came from that region originally after all.

Welkin: 116 Ferlusan: 81 Rosferia: 57 Mordenz: 47 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
As no more ships are going to be gained or lost through combat or wrecking for the rest of the year, I figure I'll adjust the totals now for year's end. Ferlusan and Rosferia have not completed any further ships, though Rosferian yards are still humming as new construction programs are continuously ongoing.
Welkin amazingly enough built and acquired three new vessels for its navy, when before its yards have been relatively stagnant. Welkin finished construction of the 110 gun Ville de Cosnair, named after de Grasse's flagship which sank in a storm after being captured by Welkin in 1782. She's the only ship built of her kind, and she now enters Welkinite service as yet another fine three decker intended to serve as a powerful flagship.
Welkin also acquired two 50 gun Indiamen and converted them into fourth rate warships. They add the 50 gunners Calcutta and Glatton to their fleet, attempting to supplement some of their losses this year by converting armed merchant vessels into warships.

Mordenz lost a ship in October which I have now corrected to their totals. The 64 gun Overyssel was captured in the harbor of Cork, Hibernia, after putting in there for shelter whilst out on a cruise. The 64 gun Welkinite warship Polyphemus found her, and captured her without a fight, the Mordenzer commander having little to no loyalty for his country's new regime and not wanting to incur casualties to his crew.
As with the other two Mordenzer prizes, the Overyssel was not taken into Welkinite service, and is instead being held until William V can reclaim his throne.

Mordenz goes down three ships today when a squadron of theirs surrendered to a superior Welkinite force without a fight at Saldanha Bay. Ships lost were the 66 gunners Dordrecht, Revolutie, and 54 gun Van Tromp.

Coming into the new year, 1797, the only change is Rosferia gains three ships, having built and commissioned the 80 gun Franklin, as well as the 74 gunners Spartiate and Hercule.
