OOC> There, better name! Loyalty and Love, two very precious things. Love, the thing that brought male in female together. To live together in harmony and joy, to care and to provide. Loyalty, a burning rope of anger, that tied you to one beast. Angry to part from your masters side, to stay at their side to serve and to protect. These two things were tearing Siegfried apart. Sieg left the Imperium in search of Ladorak, his beloved Captain, he had wished to serve at his side once more. But not only did a life leave him, he left another life as well. Lunaesta Fair, the most beautiful ferret Sieg had ever seen! She was like a winter day, her pure white fur, the snow sparkling like a million diamonds from the suns glare. Her voice, a light winter breeze moving through the trees, whispering quietly. Her red eyes, like the sun as it sets, the red, orange, purple and pink all mixed into one radiant color. Her grace was pure, each movement containing it's own beauty. She was indeed fair. Oh and what a fool he was! To leave something so beautiful and tender, in search of something else. He had left a note though, telling her of his departure and to meet him in Galdea. But that was two weeks ago! The thought to return and reclaim what he had lost. But no! He had a master, and serving him was more important than her! What did he need her for! She didn't even have the care to follow him to Galdea, what did she meant to him. These thoughts raced through his head, pounding the inside, trying despertely to get out. Tearing his mind to pieces, driving him insane! Soon the misery would take control, and he would end it forever. Sieg sat in a tavern in the countryside, somewhere in Gladea. A mug of rum to his left and an address book to his right. He had been search for Ladorak in the book, but now, as he looked at the massive book filled with hundreds upon hundreds of pages, it looked hopeless. What use was there, lets end it. . .

OOC- Pft! I love the name.
Seig decided that it was time to leave, in search for his Captain and so he faked his own death. He did leave a note for Luna but somehow it managed to disappear, be it with the wind or by another force. Either way the albino ferret found out that Seig was dead, knowing nothing of the fact that it was staged. Of course she was devastated and finally left the home in which there were to many memories to cope with. The female ended up leaping from the same ship's railing in an attempt to end her own life.
All did not go according to plan....
Luna managed to be found, just in time, as she was floating upon the water out at sea, face down. She was revived but never the same. The crew was kind enough but decided that it would be best if she were abandoned at their earliest convenience. Luna ended up wandering in the countryside of Galdea, hungry, alone and seemingly on the other side of sanity… again.
The female found herself in a land called Galdea, though she didn't know the name, she just knew that it was relatively safe, or so she felt it to be so. Now though the female was different. It seems as though she has reverted back to the former Luna, the female that was rather withdrawn and seemed crazy to most onlookers, scarcely remembering anything about her life.
In the land of Galdea Luna wandered, with her bag in her paws and a blank stare in her pink eyes. Clearly she was sick and hadn't had a bath in weeks. She barely appeared to be the female that Seig had once known, stumbling as though she were drunk, thinner then she ever was, appearing to be more of a dibbun then a grown adult female ferret. It was now that Luna had chosen to sit. She sat in a field that resembled a countryside to her but her brain just couldn't grasp anything beyond that.

Yes, lets end it! There's no point to life anymore. I'll never find Ladorak, and I've lost what's most dear to me. Oh Lunaesta, how I long to hold you in my arms once more. Sieg unhooked his spear, taking one end he readied himself to plunge it into his gut. He had tried once before, he'll try it again. This time Ladorak wouldn't be here! Sieg closed his readying himself for the pain. Yes, end it! He opened his eyes before he would strike.
Clank!
The spear clattered against the wooden tavern floor. Across the room was Luna, was it his imagination, was he dreaming? No, it was not a dream, it was her, she had come. He stood up and started to slowly walk across the room. Yes, it was her! She had finally come! He wondered why she had been delayed.
Sieg kneeled before Luna, clasping her paw. It felt bony, her eyes did have the gleam they once had, her frame had also slimmed down. Causing her to appear starved. But to Sieg, she was the same as ever. "Luna, where have you been? I left a note. I am so glad to see you," he said. He seemed as though he was talking through her, like he was talking to a curtain. His words just ruffled through and left, unheard.

Luna's large pink eyes were sunk into her skull a bit more, especially so since she possessed high cheek bones. Usually she looked more exotic but now she just seems like a drowned river rat that starved to death and was found washed up on the shoreline. Indeed the only thing left for Luna to do before death was to just stop breathing.
So there she was... sitting in the middle of the tavern, upon the floor, thinking that she was in a field of wild flowers. She felt Seig take her paw but was to weak to fight back, or to pull away. Instead with a blank stare she looked up at him, recognizing him not. "A note? Who... Who are you?" The heat and the starvation and the stress had taken her mind once more. Would she ever recover? Did she have the desire too?
Something in the back of her mind told her that she knew this male but her instincts caused her to lean away from him. Self preservation was in her thoughts as her eyes slowly closed and she fell back into a faint. 'CLUNK!' The side of her head hit the floor as her body fell limp, lifeless. Was she dead? No, but nearly there.

OOC> Just for fun, your heart stopped momentarily. "A note? Who . . . Who are you?" It struck Sieg like a speeding arrow, she couldn't remember him. Luna's appearance dawned on him, she looked half dead. What had she been doing since he left her! She seemed . . . Not there, as if she was just staring through him, not even noticing him. "Luna . . . It's me Sieg, can't you remember," he said, his voice almost a sob. What had happened to her? Why hadn't she come, he should have waited for her instead of running off. And now, his foolishness had cost him. Clunk! Luna's head made a loud crack as her body went limp, she collapsed in a heap upon the floor. No, she's dead. Sieg placed an hear to her chest, no sound. She didn't seem to be breathing, no . . . It can't be, she's dead. Tears sprang into his eyes, collapsing over her body, he wept. His heart broken and shattered . . .

By Seig falling on Luna's chest it caused her heart to beat... but only a couple of times. A nearby female watched the pair and loudly gasped when Luna fell to the floor. Lucky for the ferret couple she was a healer, a very good healer. She rushed to the female and physically pushed Seig away from Luna. Clearly her heart wasn't beating or the male wouldn't have assumed that she was dead. The healer quickly felt Luna's chest and then gave it a quick punch, which thudded rather loudly, leaving a bruise.
Perhaps Seig wouldn't realize what the healer was doing, hitting Luna like that. The vixen looked over and spoke to the male. "I'm trying to get her heart started again. It needs some encouragement, that's why I need to pound on her chest." Again she hit Luna... again and again until the vixen placed her ear on her bony chest and smiled. "It's faint but it's there!"
In the meantime Luna gasped in a soft breath, her lungs massaging her heart and encouraging it to keep beating. Eventually the female was resting comfortably, still sleeping but alive. "You'd better get her to a bed. If you let me know where you're taking her I'll follow later with some healing supplies." The vixen looked at Seig, automatically assuming that the female belonged to him, never questioning him otherwise.

Sieg felt himself heaved off Luna, through tear filled eyes he was able to see a vixen. She pounded heavily on Luna's chest, Sieg was about to object with a dagger but the vixen's word restrained him. "I'm trying to get her heart started again. It needs some encouragement, that's why I need to pound on her chest." Sieg sheathed his dagger, a little cheered that somebeast here knew what she was doing. "It's faint, but it's there," the vixen continued. "You'd better get her to a bed. If you let me know where you're taking her I'll follow later with some healing supplies." Sieg was staying in the tavern, he could take her to his bed. "I have a room upstairs, the door will be open," he replied. Exerting his strength, he picked up Luna she was lighter than he had expect. He pounded up the stairs and entered his small room. There was one window on the other side of the room with a bed under it. To the right of the bed there was a small nightstand with a basin of water sitting on top of it. To the right of the bed a desk and wardrobe sat. Walking to the side of the bed, he lightly set her on it. . .
OOC>Kinda stinks, gotta go.

Luna was very frail at this time. Her body was weak and very light, dangerously starved. She couldn't recall the last time that she ate. Even in her dreams her mouth watered for even the smallest of morsels to pass over her tongue.
Soon the female came through the door, failing to knock due to the urgency of the situation. She traveled to Luna and began to work, noting the worried expression in the male's eyes. Her heart went out to him and so she tried to make the situation a little more light, by way of conversation. "Is she your mate? Where did you two meet? Tell me what you know about her."
The vixen worked smoothly. She gave Luna some herbs and then set about bathing her so that at least she'd look presentable, though she was practically skin and bones. Next she'd need to try and feed the ferret-tess. Chicken broth would do and that's what she brought with her.
OOC- Your post was fine.

OOC>Thanks.
Sieg watched the vixen work, terrified he stood by watching with pleading eyes. His ear twitched as she spoke. "Is she your mate? Where did you two meet? Tell me what you know about her." Sieg blushed as he replied. "No . . . But I plan on asking her, if she lives." He couldn't bare to look anymore, he turned his gaze from Luna's frail body and looked out the window. The darkness of night had slipped in during the frightening situation, the moon had crept up over the horizon and stood just out side the window, spreading it's gentle white gaze over the countryside. The light reflected off Sieg's pure white coat, Luna's now dull held no enchanting sparkle. "She saved my life, I was about to be poisoned and she stopped me before I drank it. I remember the first time I saw her," Sieg smiled now. "Her fur sparkled in the white moonlight, her pink eyes like that of an Imperium sunset. Gold, orange, purple and pink all mixed into one glorious hue. Her movements held the gentle aspect of gracefulness, every movement pure and breathtaking . . . But that's all gone now, she's going to die." Sieg turned his tear blinded gaze to the vixen healer, watching every movement . . . Hoping that Luna would live, but he knew . . . Deep down, there was no hope for her . . .

The vixen healer grinned as she listened to Seig and Luna's story. She wondered if he realized that he's in love with this female ferret. She assumed that he does.
She turned to him. "Never lose hope. I need you to promote a positive spirit in this room, for Luna's sake. I think that she's going to make it. She's actually a very healthy female, aside from being half starved, and she's stronger then she realizes. Now what you need to do is to get over here and hold her paw while I feed her. Once I am finished I’ll leave you to talk to her and to keep her company." The healer knew that Seig could also be stronger than what he displayed. He had to be the one to convey that to Luna, that is if he didn't want to lose her.
Soon Luna was being fed. Instinctively she slurped at the little more then warm liquid. Softly she groaned a good sign....
