Although we don't primarily follow the land war anymore on this site, I may as well keep you posted on how the nations have been doing in the continuing struggle as well as their track records.
Wins
Rosferia: 7
Kostritz: 4
Ferlusan: 3
Gradvar: 2
The nation with the most wins is Rosferia, followed by Kostritz. The year began with severe reverses with Rosferia, as the nation found itself embattled on all its frontiers. Welkin and Kostritz launched a counterattack in Eastern Mordenz, and managed to reclaim the entire region at the Battle of Neerwinden, undoing General Duross's work and causing him to become involved in a royalist conspiracy and defect to Kostritz.
Kostritz's Prince Josias then went on the offensive in northern Rosferia, besieging a number of border forts and while capturing most of them, it took him a good portion of the year to do this, and gave the Rosferians time to regroup, find better generals, and get their act together. Winning the Battles of Hondschoote and Wattignies, Rosferia drove the Welkinite and Kostritzer troops back into Eastern Mordenz, and the northern sector ended with neither side having gained ground.
In the east, Gradvar recaptured Mainz and launched a joint offensive into eastern Rosferia with Kostritz, but the two sides fell into bickering (as usual), and ended up divided and separated, which Rosferia took advantage of. Though they failed to defeat Gradvar at the Battle of Kaiserslautern, the Rosferians nevertheless pushed the Kostritz forces back into their own country at the 2nd Battle of Wissembourg, thus ending the year for the eastern sector much as the northern sector ended, with neither side gaining ground.
In the south, Ferlusan invaded Rosferia but was checked at the fortress of Perpignan. Despite their initial victories, the Ferlusanians were not able to penetrate beyond Perpignan, and Rosferia sent reinforcements to the south and counterattacked, driving the Ferlusanians back to the Rosferian border but not quite pushing them back into Ferlusan yet, so Ferlusan maintains a very small advantage over Rosferia by the end of 1793 in that they have a toehold in Rosferia.
Also in the south, a large revolt occurred in which a large portion of Rosferia's navy was surrendered to Welkin and Ferlusan, but lack of reinforcements prevented the Allies from holding the port of Toulon, and ultimately, this effort was defeated as well, and Rosferia reclaimed half of half of her fleet, (the other half of half was destroyed by the retreating Allies).
1794 will mark new offensives for Rosferia, as the initiative has once again shifted back in their favor, and we'll see how things play out.
Kostritz's best general by far is Prince Josias (blue tailed skink), who has a record of 2 wins out of the 4 victories they had this year.
Rosferia's best general was Nicolas Houchard (mole), winning 2 of the 7 victories they won this year, but he was executed for failing to be aggressive and making some mistakes later on, and thus he's no longer a factor on the field.
Ferlusan's best general was Antonio Ricardos (porcupine), winning 2 of the 3 victories for Ferlusan this year, but he died of pneumonia while asking his capital for reinforcements, and he's out of the war as well.
Gradvar's best general is still Ferdinand, the Duke of Brunswick (ferret), as he won both of the victories for Gradvar this year, a 100% victory record so far, but he resigned out of protest for how King Frederick William II was running the war, so he will no longer be a factor either in the ongoing conflict.
