Any ideas to coax some people into joining the site? Do you think it would be proper for me to post an advertisement in the VI for any who wish to RP on two sites (as I do)?

I tried that already on the VI twice and got nobody. You're welcome to try again though.

OK, this guy I'm in a thread with complains about inactivity so maybe he'd like another site. Thoughts on ideas other than the VI?

Not that I know of off the top of my head. All the RP sites I used to belong to are now relatively inactive themselves.

Been thinking about starting a Zelda based RP site myself but in between the VI, Rosferia, my own Zelda fan fiction novel and various other short stories I write, not sure if I'd have the time.

And hey, to be honest, the reason you may have trouble with people joining is your style of RPing. You're a history buff and you LOVE details and tend to make your posts rather long and aside from that, you have extensive story lines and battles people have to read so all in all I'd say this is the Hardcore RPer site. VI is made up of pretty laid back RPers, you could tell it when you would put out a lot of work into threads and others would just kind be like "meh" and join. It makes for a site with an elite group of RPers though.
