Here's a list of how many ships are in the navies of the continental and island nations. Figured it would be useful for the upcoming threads, and yes, this number will change based on losses in battles. These are for line of battle ships only, and do not include frigates and sloops and such.
Welkin: 195 Rosferia: 86 Ferlusan: 72 Delorn: 67 Mordenz: 44 Dazaria: 38 Eastern Hordes: 30 Calgary Alliance: 30 Slattland: 27 Mossflower: 7
Now here's a list of how many guns on the ships each nation has, and if you notice, just because Welkin has an overwhelming number of ships does not necessarily mean they're going to win every single battle. Rosferian ships tend to be larger and better armed than Welkin vessels.
Welkin: 12,000 Rosferia: 14,000 Ferlusan: 10,000 Delorn: 9,000 Mordenz: 2,300 Dazaria: 3,000 Eastern Hordes: 3,000 Calgary Alliance: 2,000 Slattland: 3,000 Mossflower: 246
So that's a breakdown of firepower and number of ships for each nation, and it will be amended as the war(s) drag on and the numbers change.

So here's an adjustment for navy sizes moving into 1793.
Welkin: 115 Rosferia: 76 Ferlusan: 76 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
OK so most navies had to put at least 10 ships into port for upkeep and repairs. Others, like Welkin, had to ax many ships that were too old or in such a state of disrepair that they needed to be done away with. The balance is a lot more even now between Welkin and Rosferia, and most of the major nations have ordered major shipbuilding efforts (especially Rosferia) to replace the ships they had to scrap.
There's a note about Calgary too. They're down to 4 because only one state so far has gone to war with Rosferia in Calgary, the other major naval maritime powers have stayed out of it thus far and I doubt they'll be a factor.
Of the navies, only Ferlusan's and Mordenz's has shown any growth, as they had not had to put any ships in ordinary and were able to launch a few new ones this year as well. Keep in mind this list is for line-of-battleships and does not include frigates.

And there has been a small shift in the balance of navies as of late.
Welkin: 115 Ferlusan: 77 Rosferia: 75 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
Rosferia has lost a ship and Ferlusan has gained one. News of the war has spread to the Western Mandates, and Welkin's squadron in the region launched an attack on Rosferia's crown jewel colony, Montressor. They consisted of the 98 gunners Queen and Duke, and the 74s Monarch and Hector. Assisting them was a 74 gun Rosferian ship of the line, the Firm. This warship was under the command of a royalist Captain and crew, supporting the return of the monarchy to Rosferia, and thus assisted Welkin's squadron on its mission of attempted conquest.
The resulting assault was a failure however, as Rosferia's republican forces on Montressor managed to repel the invasion, and the subsequent loss caused Admiral Gardner, the Welkin commander in the area, to sail across the Ceres to Welkin in order to request reinforcements. The 74 gun Firm, realizing it had little to no chance of going back to Rosferia, instead sailed to one of the Mandate Islands belonging to Ferlusan, and turned itself over to the colonial Ferlusanian forces there. The Ferlusanians were all too happy to accept a 74 into their ranks, and thus Ferlusan gains a ship and Rosferia goes down one.

Welkin: 117 Ferlusan: 77 Rosferia: 62 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4 The totals going into 1794 have changed for both Rosferia and Welkin. Rosferia lost 13 ships at Toulon when the Welkin Navy evacuated, though their burning was rather botched and 18 Rosferian vessels survived. The Welkinites took 4 of the Rosferian vessels as prizes, and those have been added to their navy. Of the 4 they took, one was found to be in not quite as good a state as they originally thought, and cannot be used, and another accidentally caught fire and burnt, so that's minus 2 ships for Welkin out of the 119 they're supposed to have. Rosferia is still in this, as they could have lost all 31 ships at Toulon instead of just 13. If Ferlusan and Rosferia were ever to combine their fleets, they would still outnumber Welkin, so we'll see what happens in the coming year

Welkin: 117 Ferlusan: 80 Rosferia: 67 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
We have some new additions to the Rosferian and Ferlusanian fleets. The Rosferians completed the 74 gunners called the Formidable, Jemmapes, Barra, Droits des Mammiferes (Rights of Mammals), and the Wattignies.
The Ferlusanians now have finished work on two 74 gunners, the Monarca (Monarch), and Montanes (Mountain Dweller). The Ferlusanians have also completed a 112 gunner, the Principe de Asturias (Prince of Asturias). Thus the adjusted totals have now been added to both the Rosferian and Ferlusanian totals.

Welkin: 116 Ferlusan: 80 Rosferia: 67 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
Welkin goes down a ship this month, as sometime during April (it isn't certain exactly when), the 64 gunner HMS Ardent accidentally catches fire and blows up off the coast of Calgary, killing Captain Robert Sutton and all 500 of her crew. The exact cause of the disaster is unknown (as there were no survivors, and no ships on hand to witness it), though the ship's quarterdeck is later found floating in the sea, with several gunlocks deeply embedded into the roof, indicating the force of the explosion.
This drops Welkin down to 116 vessels of war.

Welkin: 119 Ferlusan: 80 Rosferia: 60 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
Alright, so after the Glorious First of June, the balance has shifted yet again. This battle saw the Welikinite Navy (to be RPed out) capture six Rosferian warships, and sink a seventh. Of the six prizes, three were in no state to be recommissioned, and were broken up, while the other three were in a good enough state to recommission, and have since been added to Welkin's navy. Adjusted totals are shown in the list above.
The three workable prizes are the 80 gun Sans Pareil (Without Equal), and the two 74s Mossflower and Juste (Just). The Rosferians additionally lost the 74 gunners Impeteuex (Impetuous), Vengeur du Peuple (Avenger of the People), Northumberland, and Achille (Achilles).

Welkin: 118 Ferlusan: 80 Rosferia: 61 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
Welkin goes down a ship today and Rosferia goes up one as there was fought off the northwest of Ferlusan an action between two Welkinite 74s and five Rosferian 74s.
The two Welkinite ships had been part of a convoy escort to the Mediterranean. After seeing the convoy away, the two Welkinite ships, Salamandastron and Alexander, were heading back to Welkin when they ran into a five ship squadron of Rosferian 74s consisting of the flagship Cutter, Pelletier, Droits des Mammiferes, Jean Bart, and Tigre. This squadron, under Joseph Nielly, was looking for the convoy, but found the escorts instead.
Salamandastron and Alexander steered separate courses, while the Rosferian flagship and the Pelletier chased the former, and the other three chased the latter. Alexander, under Richard Bligh (a third cousin of William Bligh of Bounty fame), always a slow sailor, was soon overhauled and brought to action by the Jean Bart, but after half an hour, the latter was compelled to sheer off. Tigre next came up, but in another half an hour, her main yard and mizzen topmast had been shot away, and she too was forced to drop out.
At this point, Bligh was set upon by the Droits des Mammiferes, which soon holed the Alexander several times below the water line, set her on fire in several places, and shot away her main yard, all three topgallant yards, and her spanker boom. With his ship in a shattered state, Bligh surrendered the Alexander while the Salamandastron made good her escape, and with the approach of Nielly's other two ships, Bligh saw no further resistance as possible.
The Rosferians were able to get Alexander back into port, where they renamed her Alexandre and took her into their own navy, hence gaining a ship from Welkin while Welkin goes down one.

Welkin: 114 Ferlusan: 81 Rosferia: 66 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
OK, as the end of the year is approaching, new ships are being built, and some old ones are being scrapped. Adjusted totals for the end of the year are outlined above.
Welkin goes down four ships due to four of the vessels being too old for active service. These four were subsequently broken up.
Ferlusan gains a ship, with the launching and commissioning of the new 80 gunner Neptuno (Neptune).
Rosferia gains five with the launching and commissioning of several new vessels, putting her somewhat back in the running now. Rosferia launched the 80 gunners Formidable (not to be confused with the new 74 gunner of last year) and Guillaume Tell. They also launched the 74 gunners Brave, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and Jupiter.

Welkin: 114 Ferlusan: 81 Rosferia: 65 Mordenz: 49 Delorn: 40 Eastern Hordes: 30 Dazaria: 24 Slattland: 18 Mossflower: 7 Calgary: 4
Rosferian sailors are not having a very merry Christmas time. As part of their attempts to increase the strength of the Mediterranean Squadron at Toulon, Rosferia has decided to mount a major expedition from Brest with almost their entire Atlantic Fleet. The newly promoted Admiral Renaudin, who was formerly the captain of the 74 Vengeur which sank at the Glorious First of June, has been given command of six 74s which will sail from Brest to Toulon in order to bolster the Toulon squadron.
In order to protect this six ship force from the 33 strong Welkin Channel Fleet, Rosferia decided to mobilize its entire Atlantic Fleet of 35 warships, to ensure that Admiral Howe doesn't gobble up the six ship relief squadron.
Unfortunately, the Atlantic Fleet was not able to fully repair the damages it received at the Glorious First of June, and many ships were putting to sea with weak hulls, weak masts, and insufficient supplies.
As the fleet was leaving Brest today, during a particularly strong gale, the 110 gun Republicain struck the Mingan Rock, at the entrance to the harbor, and sank with the loss of 10 of her crew of 1,000, the majority fortunately being rescued. The 74 Redoutable also ran aground, but thanks to her Captain's quick efforts, which included cutting off the ship's anchors and throwing all her boats over the side, the Redoutable was re-floated and did not sink. The Atlantic Fleet, still under Villaret-Joyeuse, has decided to anchor for now and ride out the weather. They'll try to leave port again when conditions permit.
Rosferia now goes down a ship with the loss of the 110 gun Republicain, and that puts them at 65.
